VERY IMPORTANT NOTES
1 – The hotels in the tour program are estimated hotel list. Depending on regional availability, accommodation may be in other hotels of the same standard. You can learn the exact hotel information from our agency 48 hours before the tour.
2 – Hotels or restaurants used on tours may also serve alcohol. Depending on local conditions, our company tries to use alcohol-free venues as much as possible. However, especially in Europe, hotels and restaurants serve alcohol.
3 – Triple rooms are provided depending on hotel availability. Triple rooms include an extra bed application, and the 3rd bed may be a smaller foldable bed than a standard bed. Guests wishing to stay in a triple room are deemed to have accepted this in advance.
4 – Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
5 – We recommend that guests joining a visa-required tour read our cancellation/refund conditions and register for a tour for which their visa will be issued in time. For Europe tours, we recommend registering 2 months in advance and completing your visa procedures 1 month before the tour. In any disruption arising from the visa, our company’s cancellation/refund conditions apply.
6 – Our company bears no responsibility for visas obtained through us. We only provide consultancy services regarding document collection, arrangement, and delivery. If your visa is not issued, there is no refund of the visa fee paid. The cancellation/refund conditions apply for the refund of the amount paid for the tour.
7 – Please remember to bring slippers and a prayer rug on every tour. Depending on the conditions of the region you are traveling in, we may not have access to a mosque or prayer room at all times. Our guide will direct you to a place where you can pray.
8 – Our guide, with the approval of our agency, has the right to make changes to the program and cancel some locations in the sightseeing points depending on weather conditions and/or force majeure. All guests participating in our tour are deemed to have accepted this.
9 – In cases such as the consumer or the Agency canceling the tour, etc.; the refund will be made in the currency paid by the guest and in the way it was paid. (If payment was made by credit card in TRY, refund to the card in TRY. If payment was made in foreign currency, refund in foreign currency.)
10 – Due to protocol agreements with airlines, there is a rule of sequential flights. If the consumer misses any flight segment, all remaining flight segments will be canceled. No cancellation/refund or changes can be made under any circumstances.
11 – We kindly request that our guests do not purchase domestic flights individually, due to possible changes in flight times on our tours or delays that may occur in connecting flights. The connecting domestic flight arranged by our company also covers the next international flight. In case of a delay on the domestic leg, etc., a free ticket will be issued for the next international flight.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
The general conditions are an integral part of the ‘Tour Brochure’ and the ‘Tour Registration Agreement’ and cannot be considered independently.

‣ Our tour program is organized with a certain participation requirement. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the tour, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before departure. The canceled tour due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through the operations department.
‣ In cases where only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying names and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by our agency 48 hours before departure.
‣ Tours may be combined with tours of other agencies. In such cases, our agency is responsible for the guests.
‣ This price list and program are valid until a new price list is issued.
‣ Our prices in all package programs are limited to quotas for a minimum of 10 people, and there may be a price increase for group sizes above this number. Please ask for price information.
‣ In normal passports, if the passport issue date is more than 10 years ago, and in other passport types more than 5 years ago, the person traveling cannot go abroad even if they have a valid visa, and visa processing cannot be done for the passport. Please check your passport information and details.
‣ When leaving Turkey through customs, passport police require a minimum validity of 6 months from the travel date for all passport types, whether from Turkish citizens or foreign nationals, even if they have a passport with a valid visa (ordinary, special stamped, service stamped, diplomatic). For this reason, our agency does not approve passports with less than 6 months’ validity. Our Agency has no compensation obligation to the passenger because passport holders with less than 6 months’ validity cannot join the tour.
‣ Our agency acts as an intermediary between the consumers participating in the tour and all kinds of third parties and legal entities that provide services related to ships, hotels, carriers, and the tour. Therefore, the parties are aware that consumers who register for the tour by applying to it are not present at the displayed vehicle schedules, times, or places contrary to the agreements made between the Agency and the institutions undertaking the transportation; for all kinds of delays of land, air, and sea vehicles; strikes, terrorism, war and the possibility of war, these or similar force majeure reasons; any disruptions arising from the driver’s own fault or the personal faults of third parties or unforeseen technical matters; accidents causing material or moral damage; accommodation deficiencies or faulty services of the facilities; due to the fact that the Agency does not have the status of operator, it has no existing liability and is not directly responsible as the principal offender.
‣ For all customs-controlled international departures, you must be present at the relevant port 3 hours before the tour departure time on the day of departure. In particular, guests arriving at ports or airports by domestic flight from other cities should arrange their flight times according to the time they need to be at the port. Therefore, in case of delay and/or inability to join the tour, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and our agency has no compensation obligation to the passenger. If the relevant airline has an online check-in website, it is recommended to complete check-in personally 24 hours before tour departure.
‣ Our agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and our passengers and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Flight times may change before departure. All flight times must be confirmed by the passenger 48 hours before the tour departure time. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
‣ Breakfasts included in the tour program are served in hotels in line with the breakfast culture of the country visited, usually as a limited menu called Continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.
‣ Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable and called couch beds, tour participants are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible congestion in the rooms and the type of bed in 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts are valid for a single child who stays with 2 adults and matches the age group.
‣ Due to the limited number of TWIN (2 separate beds) rooms in hotels, please check your TWIN room request before making a reservation.
‣ If children under the age of 18, who are not considered adults, do not join the tour with one or both of their mother and father, the consent forms required for participation in the tour must be carried by the individuals during travel.
‣ Panoramic city tours are 2-3 hour tours organized to introduce the cities and may be held on different days provided that the content does not change. They do not include museum or archaeological site entrances. Extra tours are carried out with the number of people to be determined by the tour leader, and the days may be changed by the tour leader according to the flow of the program. Tours may not take place depending on the weather. Excursions or tours that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason are not carried out. Our agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
‣ People must bring their health issues, pregnancy status, medications they use continuously, and reports related to these medications when participating in the tour.
‣ On extra tours to be made along the route, guests who will not join the tour will be directed by the tour leader to rest areas where they can benefit from public transportation located along the way before entering the city.
‣ Tour – Destination – Tour Leader – Hotel information will be sent by the operations department via email 48 hours before tour departure.
‣ A passport is an official document, and if it is damaged or dirty in any way, especially if it has tears in the stitching or pages, passport police have the authority to refuse you entry into the country. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
‣ For visa applications, a passport valid for at least 6 months from the tour end date and the documents requested by the consulate are required. There is no visa application for Turkish citizens for this program. Having obtained a visa does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed. Passport police have the authority to refuse the passenger entry into the country. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
