All package programs within the campaign will offer uninterrupted cancellation rights up to 30 days before the departure date.

Cancellation conditions:
30 days or more: unrestricted cancellation
29 - 15 days: 75% of the total amount,
14 - 0 days: 100% of the total amount as a cancellation fee will be applied.

GENERAL INFORMATION

FLIGHT & PROGRAM INFORMATION
The flights specified in the program are obtained from the relevant airline and cruise company. Our agency is not responsible for any changes that may occur in the times. For this reason, our agency reserves the right to make changes to the program due to any time change.
The operating agency reserves the right to change the flight route if deemed necessary. For example, a flight route announced as Nice/Lyon for a ship departing from Marseille can be changed to Marseille, or vice versa.
Documents required for visa applications are obtained within 96 hours. You must request your visa confirmation letters from your agency at least 4 days before your application.

SHIP & RESTAURANT ARRANGEMENTS
Guests are responsible for their own luggage during transfers between the airport and ports and between the airport and port. No agency official, guide, or driver has the right to accept luggage custody nor can they be held under any responsibility.
During the cruise, two of the evening meals you will receive are formal dinners; all male guests wishing to dine here must have at least one suit with them, and female guests must have at least one evening gown. The cruise company and captain reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary and port times before or during the tour. The contents specified in the program flow are for illustrative purposes only.
The operating agency reserves the right to change tour contents.
During the cruise, the restaurants and tables where our group will have dinner are generally predetermined and numbered according to names based on the cruise company, while in some cruise companies it will be open seating. In ships with predetermined tables, everyone will sit at the predetermined tables from the first evening dinner until the last evening dinner, and guests who wish may also take their meals in other restaurants on the ship, subject to arrangement by the ship's authorized personnel.

PAYMENT & DEPOSIT ON BOARD
During ship check-in, every passenger (only one person per couple) must present a credit card to the ship reception or deposit cash when collecting cabin keys. As a result of this presentation, an average provisional charge of 300 euros will be deducted from each credit card. This is due to expenses you will incur on board after checking into the ship. You can make your expenses on board using magnetic cards issued to you by the ship reception. Except for the casino, no cash transactions take place anywhere on the ship. You can view all your expenses via the televisions in your cabins.
The minimum number of participants for all programs is 20 people (10 cabins). The operating agency reserves the right to cancel the tour one month in advance if the majority is not met. An alternative program may be offered to the guest.

LUGGAGE & PORT REGULATIONS
At the beginning of our cruise, luggage tags of specific colors for all our group's luggage will be provided to you along with your cruise ticket. It is required to attach these tags to your luggage at the cruise port. Your luggage may not arrive in your cabins until late evening on the first day of the ship's departure. This is a situation caused by congestion and crowds and is the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, it is beneficial to pack essential needs for the first day you board the ship in a small handbag and carry it with you.
Strict adherence to the ship's departure times is required. At ports, boarding must be completed at least 60 minutes before the ship's departure time. Otherwise, you may not be able to board the ship. Our agency will not be responsible for such a situation.
At the end of our cruise, you must collect your luggage, attach the tags left in your cabins the night before, and leave them in front of your cabin doors by 00:00. After disembarkation procedures, our group will collect their luggage from the station where their luggage is located. We earnestly request that each of our guests personally touch and check their own luggage before taking it.

PASSPORT & VISA INFORMATION
Passports older than 10 years, even if valid, cannot be used for exit abroad.
Your passport must have a minimum validity of 6 months from the tour end date.
Your passport must not be torn or worn out.

OTHER MATTERS
All guests must carry their round-trip flight tickets and cruise tickets with them.
We recommend that our guests activate their mobile phones for international use.
