– Hotels or restaurants used on tours may serve alcohol. Depending on local conditions, our company tries to use non-alcoholic venues as much as possible. However, especially in Europe, hotels and restaurants serve alcohol.
– Triple rooms are provided depending on hotel availability. In triple rooms, an extra bed is used, and the 3rd bed may be a smaller folding bed than a standard bed. Guests who wish to stay in a triple room are deemed to have accepted this in advance.
– Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
– We recommend that guests joining a visa-required tour read our cancellation/refund conditions and register for a tour whose visa can be issued in time. For Europe tours, we recommend registering 2 months in advance and completing visa procedures 1 month before the tour. In any possible disruption caused by the visa, our company’s cancellation/refund conditions apply.
– Our company has no responsibility for visas obtained through our company. We only provide consulting services regarding document preparation, organization, and delivery. If your visa is not issued, the fee paid for the visa is non-refundable. For the tour fee, the cancellation/refund conditions apply.
– On every tour, do not forget to bring slippers and a prayer rug. Depending on the conditions of the region you are traveling in, we may not have access to a mosque or prayer room at all times. Our guide will direct you to places where you can pray.
– Our guide has the right, with the approval of our agency, to make changes to the program and to cancel some places in the sightseeing points depending on the weather and/or force majeure. All guests participating in our tour are deemed to have accepted this.

– Due to protocol agreements with airline companies, there is a sequential flight rule. If the consumer misses any flight leg, all remaining flight legs are canceled. Cancellation/refund or changes cannot be made under any circumstances.
– We kindly request that our guests do not purchase domestic flights individually due to possible flight time changes on our tours or delays that may occur in connecting flights. The connecting domestic flight arranged by our company also covers the next international flight. In the event of a delay on the domestic segment, a free ticket will be issued for the next international flight.

After our tour, we visit the area known as the City of the Dead, one of the world’s most impressive necropolis sites. In this mystical atmosphere, we visit the peaceful tomb of Imam al-Shafi’i. We then proceed to Muizz Street, considered the heart of Cairo. As we walk along this unique street, the finest examples of Islamic architecture bearing the traces of different centuries greet us. Elegant Sabil-Kuttab structures, magnificent Mamluk complexes, mosques adorned with Turkish inscriptions from the Ottoman period, and historic caravanserais make us feel as if we are touring an open-air museum. Continuing our excursion, we visit Khan el-Khalili, one of Cairo’s most famous and lively bazaars. After some pleasant free time among the scents of spices, handicrafts, and the enchanting colors of the East, we visit the Al-Hussein Mosque.
