If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour start date. ACCOMMODATION During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated km. Triple rooms may be allocated depending on hotel availability, and the bed provided to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. If the panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, cannot be carried out on the day and time scheduled for the tour because local authorities do not allow visits or entry, or due to closed roads because of any event, or if it becomes impossible to conduct the tour due to weather conditions, the Agency is not responsible for the failure to carry out the said tours. Some tours may, where possible, be conducted by public transportation or on foot at points where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not permitted. ## Tour Program ### Istanbul - Rovaniemi - Tornio We meet with our guide at the specified time at the international departures terminal of Istanbul Airport. After ticketing, baggage, and passport procedures, we depart for Rovaniemi on a Turkish Airlines flight. Upon arrival in Rovaniemi, we head by private vehicle to Santa Claus Village. At Santa Claus Village, which has been on the top 10 list of must-visit places for travelers since 2008, you will have the chance to meet Santa Claus, take photos with him, and send postcards to your loved ones from Santa Claus’s post office. You will also have free time to shop in a wide variety of stores and choose special and unique gifts to delight your loved ones. On the way, we will pick up our thermal clothing (overall, boots, gloves, wool socks). Accommodation is at our hotel in Tornio. After a short rest, we will take part in our Northern Lights hunt tour. If we are lucky, we may witness this fascinating natural phenomenon. Accommodation is at our hotel in Tornio. ### Tornio After breakfast at our hotel in Sabah, we will take part in our Lunch Included Reindeer Farm & Husky Safari tour. Our tour begins with a transfer to the Reindeer farm. On this tour, we will experience riding a reindeer sled at the Reindeer farm and receive a “Reindeer Riding Certificate.” Then, we will enjoy pleasant moments around the fire inside a traditional Lapland tent with local tea and cookies. At the same time, our guide will provide us with information about reindeer. In the continuation of our tour, we will transfer to the Husky farm, spend time with these adorable animals of the cold season, learn how to handle the Husky dogs in our own team, and enjoy riding Husky sleds along a 3 km track. We will complete our tour with lunch at our restaurant and then depart for our hotel. Accommodation is at our hotel in Tornio. ### Tornio After breakfast at our hotel in the morning, we set off for our Snowmobile Tour 1 Hour (1 vehicle/2 people) & Snow Experience tour. Our winter safari tour will give us a 1-hour driving experience on Lapland’s special snowmobiles. First, we will listen to our instructor’s instructions. Then, after a half-hour driving experience, we will take a photo break at the end of the track. After that, we will end our experience with a half-hour return route. After the driving experience, we will visit SnowExperience 365, which contains ice sculptures, an ice slide, and an ice restaurant, much like those found in fairy tales. If you wish, you can experience taking photos while sitting at ice tables. Accommodation at our Tornio hotel. Note: Children up to 12 years old will take part in the snowmobile tour in a sled pulled by the staff member’s snowmobile. ### Tornio - Rovaniemi - Istanbul After breakfast at our hotel, we transfer to the airport.
