Upon arrival in Milano at 09:05 local time, transfer to Savona port where the COSTA TOSCANA ship will depart. After ship check-in and passport procedures, proceed to cabins and enjoy free time. The ship will depart from the port at 18:00. Dinner and overnight on board. DAY 02 MARSEILLE (AIX EN PROVENCE) The ship will dock at Marseille port at 08:30 in the morning. Free time for breakfast, shopping, and personal activities. Guests who wish may join the "Marseille City Tour & Aix En Provence Tour" organized by our guide as an extra option. Starting our tour in Marseille, a major maritime city, we will first visit the "Notre Dame de la Garde Cathedral" located on a high hill. Following this visit, some of the places to be seen include Longchamps Fountain, Saint Charles train station, the old town, Hotel de Ville, and the marina area. Later, we will head to Aix-en-Provence, located 40 minutes from Marseille. We will begin with the famous St. Saviour's Cathedral dating back to the 12th century, featuring a Romanesque front facade and a covered arched walkway. Later, during a pleasant walk in the old part of the city, you will see the ancient inns and the Mazarino district designed in the 17th century by the brother of Cardinal Mazarin. The ship will depart from the port at 18:30. Dinner and overnight on board. DAY 03 BARCELONA The ship will dock at Barcelona port at 08:00 in the morning. Free time for personal activities after breakfast. Guests who wish may join the "Barcelona City Tour" organized by our guide as an extra option. Our city tour in Barcelona, one of Europe's most beautiful metropolises, will begin with our private bus waiting for us at the port. Places to be seen include La Rambla Street, Cristoforo Colombo Monument, Maremagnum Artificial Port, Barceloneta Beach, the Olympic area and port, Catalunya Square, Paseu de Gracia street where Gaudi's houses have been converted into a street museum, and his masterpiece Sagrada Familia. DAY 05 AT SEA On this day spent cruising at sea, the ship offers many alternatives. Those who wish can use the ship's open and closed pools, jacuzzis, and sunbathing areas. Others can shop in duty-free stores, try their luck in the casino, or enjoy various music and entertainment offered in dozens of bars. A variety of dining options await you throughout the day. Dinner and overnight on board. DAY 06 PALERMO The ship will dock at Palermo port at 08:00 in the morning. Free time for shopping and personal activities after breakfast. Guests who wish may join the "Palermo & Cefalu Tour" organized by our guide as an extra option. After arriving in Palermo, the capital of Sicily, we head to Cefalu, one of the most beautiful holiday resorts of Palermo and Sicily. With its medieval structures, the town is a place both for shopping and to fully experience the spirit of Sicily. Among the places we will visit during the tour are the Norman-era cathedral and the ancient laundry house. After free time, we return to Palermo and take a tour introducing the city. Then we visit Monreale Monastery. We view the mosaic decorations depicting scenes from the Old and New Testaments, covering a total area of 6340 m². Later, we return to the ship. The ship will depart from the port at 16:30 in the evening. Dinner and overnight on board. DAY 07 CIVITAVECCHIA / ROME The ship will dock at Civitavecchia port at 08:30. Free time for personal activities after breakfast. Guests who wish may join the "Rome City Tour" organized by our guide as an extra option. On this full-day tour, after a 1 hour 15 minute journey by bus from Civitavecchia Port where our bus awaits us, we arrive in Rome and take a panoramic tour by bus. Places to be seen include Castel Sant'Angelo, Tiber River, Borghese Park, Via Veneto, Piazza del Popolo, Piazza della Repubblica, Via Nazionale, Theatre of Marcello, Circo Massimo, and Forum areas. Later, we explore Rome's famous squares on foot. Among the places to be seen are Pantheon Square, Navona Square, Trevi Fountain, and Spanish Steps, ending our tour there before taking a shopping break. At the end of the tour, we return to the ship.
