ABOUT AIR TICKETS and FLIGHTS *Flight times and the reservation number information for airline tickets are shared by our agency before the tour date. Since it is a group reservation, you can check in only with your passport at the specified time and counter even without your ticket. *During registration, the name as it appears on the passport, date of birth, passport number, and ID number must be entered into the system. Air tickets are issued according to this information. Flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be charged to guests as a no-show fee. *In cases where you cannot participate because you were late for the flight or could not catch the plane due to reasons related to your own circumstances, our agency is not responsible for the losses incurred from payments made to hotels and airlines. *Our agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger; flight times may change before departure and all times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. Depending on the city where the plane will land, route changes may occur. TRANSPORTATION and LOCAL TRANSPORT SERVICES *During the journey, it is mandatory to wear your seat belt. For our passengers aged 0-4, bringing a “child car seat” is mandatory. In case of non-compliance with the rules, our agency cannot be held responsible for any traffic fines or penalties that may be applied. *Even if the vehicle seat numbers provided in the countries to be visited are the same as purchased, their direction, place, or position may differ. Placement is made according to the vehicle conditions of the current country. *All vehicles offered by local transportation service providers for transportation and transfer services are inspected in accordance with European Union rules and conditions. Vehicles that pass inspection provide service if they are comfortable and flawless, regardless of their model and age. LOSS, OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS, PASSPORT AND ID LOSS *When leaving the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings. In cases where forgotten items are found, the expenses incurred while delivering them to the country and/or person belong to the owner of the item. *If your passport is lost or stolen, our agency official/guide must continue the tour program for the other traveling guests as committed by the agency; therefore, they must know that they will act on their own responsibility in all arrangements related to passport procedures, return, or joining the tour in the country where the loss/theft occurred. Our agency does not accept responsibility for any difficulties or problems that may arise in this regard. *The agency is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour. TRAVEL HEALTH AND CANCELLATION INSURANCE *The insurance arranged by our Agency for your trip covers you in terms of the Professional Liability Insurance required for agencies by the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies and Travel Health. Travel Health coverage is valid for ages 0-65. Guests over 65 are required to arrange their insurance by paying a surcharge. We recommend that you always obtain Travel and Health Insurance for every trip to ensure your protection. *However, it should be known that this insurance does not cover unconditional cancellations; in case of force majeure, non-chronic and sudden illnesses, accidents, and in case of such adverse events affecting first-degree relatives, the reports to be obtained are submitted to the relevant insurance company and are kept within the cancellation coverage as a result of evaluation. ABOUT THE CONTRACT AND CANCELLATIONS *In tours with flights, there is an unconditional cancellation right up to 30 days before the tour departure date. There is no refund right for cancellations made less than 25 days before the tour departure date. After our check-in and baggage procedures, we depart for Izmir on our Sun Express Airlines flight. Meeting at Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport International Terminal in the morning, we complete our passport and baggage procedures, then take our non-stop (direct) Sun Express Airlines flight and arrive in Paris. We take our seats in the vehicle waiting for us and begin touring the city. We start by seeing the Pantheon Church, located in the square right in front of Sorbonne University and originally in Rome, where the tombs of world-famous scientists and artists are located (J.J. Rousseau, Madame Curie, Voltaire, etc.). Continuing our tour, we also see Luxembourg Palace, Napoleon’s Tomb (Hotel des Invalides), Opera Square, Alexander Bridge, Saint Michel District, American Church, the National Assembly, Orsay Museum, Trocadero Square, and the Arc de Triomphe, after which we have free time in Champs-Elysees as directed by our guide. After approximately a 2-hour journey, we arrive in Reims, where we visit the magnificent Reims Cathedral (Notre-Dame de Reims), which hosted the coronation ceremonies of French kings, and the city’s historic center with our guide’s commentary. Then, we are given free time at the Reims Christmas Market, one of the most famous Christmas markets in France, set up right in the shadow of the cathedral. After this magical atmosphere, where you can taste the region’s famous pink biscuits and browse local handicrafts, we return to Paris in the afternoon. Upon reaching the center of Paris, we take a short city tour to see the city’s iconic landmarks, after which we give you free time to enjoy yourself and take beautiful photos. After regrouping, we arrive at the Montmartre district, known as the “Hill of the Painters,” where bohemian life still continues.
